It was especially noticed and appreciated during the current time of uncertainty while being displaced due to the pandemic. He was beyond understanding of everyone’s individual circumstance at the time, which created a smooth and stress free transition!”

“I am a current tenant of The Berks at 1850 and only have good things to say about it. I am a senior so I am well aware that finding housing around the Temple University area is NOT easy. However, I can say that the overall quality of these apartments is amazing. Not only are they spacious, kept up to date, and extremely safe, but the management here is nothing short of amazing. It is so relieving knowing I can reach management extremely quickly, and they will respond right away, and resolve even the smallest issues extremely quickly. Unfortunately, this is not a common trait amongst the big management companies in this area. Me and my roommates are extremely happy living here, and have seen such a exponential jump in customer service, overall quality, and cleanliness when renting from The Berks at 1850, versus other management companies we have rented from in the past. Let me just say, this level of quality is NOT common when looking for off campus housing around Temple, so if you are thinking about living here I cannot recommend it enough. On top of all this, the apartment has key FOB entry, which must be used to enter the general building, go up on the elevator, and open your apartment’s door, as well as a cleaning service that comes once a week to clean the common areas and hallways of the building. I never ever write reviews for anything, but I had to commend The Berks at 1850 for being a quality management company amongst the plethora of bad landlords, and poorly kept apartments that dominate the off-campus living options. If you are thinking about living here, do it.”
